Good point! (At first glance, I thought you were talking about Wi-Fi vs. Edge, which is an issue as well -- although both users you talk about are hoping they're on Wi-Fi...)
That's a concern as well...will your application's content be typically accessed over Edge vs. Wi-Fi.
